  My car was vandalized over the July 4th weekend - a brick was used to smash the driver's side window and frame. Allstate was amazingly fast and accommodating in its response. The entire issue was resolved that same day - on a holiday weekend, no less. I was given instructions on how to download Allstate's photo app to my phone, then instructed on which photo angles to shoot from, then instructed on how to submit them. It was a very easy process. Within hours, a claims examiner had viewed them, given me an estimate and put in an order for a check to be sent to me. The window was replaced in my driveway a couple of days later, and I have an appointment with a local body shop to repair the frame (which suffered only cosmetic damage and doesn't impede my use of the window in the mean time). I had the same incredibly fast and compassionate response from Allstate when we had a house fire a couple of years ago. I would NEVER switch my homeowners or car insurance to another insurer. (By the way, if you don't have full replacement value on your homeowners insurance, GET IT! It's totally worth the slightly higher premium if you should ever need it.) Beth Quinn Goshen, NY
